Shipping Policy

At Moissanite Egypt, we take pride in the quality and brilliance of our 925 Sterling Silver Moissanite jewelry. We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase, which is why we offer an Inspect-on-Delivery option.

1. Inspect Upon Delivery (Recommended)

Check Before You Accept: We strongly encourage you to inspect your jewelry while the courier is present.

If You Change Your Mind On the Spot: If you examine the item in front of the courier and decide not to keep it, you may hand it right back to the driver. In this case, you only pay the standard shipping fee to the courier.

Shipping Fees:

If you are returning or exchanging because you changed your mind or did not like the style, the customer is responsible for all round-trip shipping costs.
